MVTFashion B2B Wholesale Return and Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. That's why we offer a convenient and easy return policy for all of our B2B customers.

What can be returned?

You can return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to return an item:

1. Contact us (info@mvtgroup.net) to request a return authorization number (RA#).
2. Pack the items you are returning in their original packaging.
3. Write the RA# on the outside of the box.
4. Ship the package to the address we provide you.

Return shipping costs:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds (exchange is not available at this moment)

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to make sure they meet our return policy. If the items are approved for return, we will issue a refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Restrictions:

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Discontinued or closeout items
• Custom branded items
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Restocking Fee:

10% restocking fee will be applied if the returns are not in the original condition such as product packages are missing or tags are missing.
